Pal Zileri accepts eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To begin a return, you must contact our customer service team first and receive the correct return instructions and return details.

Return Shipping Cost
Pal Zileri offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible items when the return is started through customer service and follows the instructions provided.
Returns that are sent without approval, sent to an incorrect location, or shipped using instructions not provided by our customer service team may not qualify for free return handling and may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will review whether it meets the return eligibility requirements. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
